Terms and Conditions: Eligibility: Open to residents of Alberta and British Columbia aged 18 and above. Contest Period: The challenge runs from November 1, 2024, to November 30, 2024. Registration: Participants must sign up by October 31, 2024 using the online form found at www.lynq.energy/energysavingchallenge Tracking: Participants must submit their electricity and natural gas usage data for the month of November by December 31, 2024 to be considered in the contest. Verification: All data submitted must be accurate and verifiable. False information will result in disqualification. Prizes: Winners are based on several categories: Most energy saved compared to September, lowest energy usage overall, and lowest energy use per square foot. All submitted data will be normalized according to the weather, and the square footage of the home. Announcement: Winners will be announced on January 10th, 2025 via email and on our website. Privacy: All personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of this contest and will not be shared with third parties.
